Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: August 1st, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to all use of the Services.

1. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including academic integrity policies).
  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, data, or networks without authorization.
  • Distributing malware, spyware, or other harmful code; initiating DDoS or similar attacks.
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or degrading the performance or security of the Services.
  • Sharing, reselling, renting, or otherwise misusing credentials or subscription access.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or creating derivative works of the Services.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

2. Enforcement

PearHack may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may implement IP-based or device-based access controls.

3. Reporting

Report suspected violations to [email protected].

4. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
